Initial Assessment and Planning:

Before any work begins, our technician evaluates your home's needs. This includes a load calculation to determine the right system size based on square footage, insulation, windows, occupancy, and local climate.

Installation of the New System

New components are positioned and connected:

- Outdoor Unit: Placed in a level, accessible spot (e.g., side yard) with at least 2–3 feet clearance for maintenance. It's secured on a stable pad.

- Indoor Unit: Installed in the furnace plenum or attic/basement, ensuring it fits the existing space. For ductless systems, wall-mounted indoor units are hung.
